At World Fitness Cartel, training has always been about more than just what happens inside the four walls of the gym.

Beyond The Gym is an extension of the WFC culture. It brings together adventure, challenge, travel, performance and skill development through experiences that connect directly back to the mindset and physical preparation developed inside the club.

From Thailand training camps and target shooting to Enduro riding and snow trips, these experiences are designed to help our members build confidence, resilience, discipline and community both inside and outside the gym.

01 Thailand Training Camps

For almost 10 years, WFC has been running Thailand training camps, giving members the opportunity to experience authentic Muay Thai in its homeland while training alongside our team in one of the world’s premier Muay Thai destinations, Phuket.

We partner with one of the top gyms in Phuket to provide an unforgettable experience that combines high level training, travel, culture and adventure.

Trips generally run for 14 to 15 days and include:

  • Airfares
  • Daily training access

  • Accommodation

  • WFC commemorative training shirt

  • Group activities and experiences

Members have the ability to train twice daily with optional morning and afternoon sessions available throughout the camp. Outside of training, days are spent exploring Phuket’s beaches, restaurants, markets, nightlife and beautiful scenery while immersing yourself in Thai culture.

Whether you are looking to improve your Muay Thai, challenge yourself physically and mentally, or simply experience Thailand with an incredible group of people, these camps have become one of the most rewarding parts of the WFC experience.

Pricing varies year to year depending on flights and accommodation costs.

02 Snowboarding & Snow Trips

WFC runs multiple snow trips throughout the season ranging from single day trips through to overnight and extended stays depending on group interest and snow conditions.

These trips are designed for everyone from complete beginners through to experienced riders looking to improve their skills and enjoy the mountain with the WFC crew.

For beginners, we offer coaching both on and off the mountain covering:

Our goal is to help newer riders become comfortable and confident enough to safely enjoy the mountain and progress quickly.

Trips are generally run through the Victorian snow season with Mount Buller being the primary destination.

03 Enduro Riding

WFC Enduro Riding experiences are built around adventure, skill development, confidence and community.

We offer introductory coaching for both kids and adults on private property where newer riders can safely learn the fundamentals of off road motorcycle riding in a controlled environment.

Beginner coaching includes:

  • Getting on and off the bike

  • Starting and stopping

  • Clutch and throttle control

  • Basic cornering

  • Standing riding position

  • Gear changing

  • Braking and body positioning

  • Basic terrain awareness

For more experienced and licensed riders, we coordinate day rides and weekend trips through state forests and riding areas where riders can continue developing their skills while exploring some incredible terrain.

Advanced coaching and ride guidance may include:

  • Riding through berms

  • Log crossings

  • Hill climbs and descents

  • Rider fitness and endurance

  • Technical terrain navigation

  • Line selection

  • Maintaining momentum and
    throttle control

Whether you are completely new to riding or already experienced, the focus is on progression, confidence, adventure and enjoying the experience with the WFC community.

04 Target Shooting

WFC Target Shooting experiences are focused around precision, discipline, breath control, composure and skill development.

We offer one on one and small group coaching sessions designed to help beginners and developing shooters build confidence and competency in a safe and structured environment.

These experiences are designed to complement the mindset and performance principles already developed through training inside the gym, particularly focus, composure, nervous system control and discipline under pressure.

Please note WFC does not provide firearm licensing or accredited firearm safety courses. We work alongside licensed ranges, stores and industry professionals where required.
